Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
– Meet & Greet requests are open to individuals aged 18 and above.
– Applicants must be a fan of the artist/celebrity hosting the Meet & Greet.

2. Application Process:
– Applicants must fill out the Meet & Greet Request Form completely and accurately.
– Only one Meet & Greet request per person will be considered.
– Incomplete or inaccurate forms will be disqualified.

3. Selection Process:
– Meet & Greet attendees will be selected at the sole discretion of the artist/celebrity management.
– The selection process may consider factors such as fan engagement, loyalty, and level of support for the artist/celebrity.

4. Confirmation and Attendance:
– If selected, the fan will be notified via email or phone.
– By accepting the invitation, the fan agrees to attend the scheduled Meet & Greet event.
– Failure to attend the Meet & Greet without prior notice may result in disqualification from future events.

5. Code of Conduct:
– All Meet & Greet attendees are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.
– Any individual found engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior may be denied entry or asked to leave the event.
– Attendees must follow instructions provided by event staff at all times.

6. Liability and Release:
– By participating in the Meet & Greet, attendees agree to release the artist/celebrity, management, and event organizers from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage.
– Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the event.

7. Changes or Cancellations:
– The artist/celebrity or management reserves the right to make changes to the Meet & Greet event, including dates, times, and venue, without prior notice.
– In the event of cancellation, the artist/celebrity or management will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the attendee.

8. Data Privacy:
– Personal information collected during the Meet & Greet request process will be used solely for the purpose of managing the event and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By submitting the Meet & Greet request form, the fan acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
